The 10th Anniversary of Viet Princess & The Grand Opening of Benthanh Princess is a highly anticipated project that marks a significant milestone in the event organiser's portfolio. This project allowed the organiser to gain valuable experience in event planning, operations, and execution, as well as working closely with various departments within the company. The project showcases the organiser's ability to deliver a successful event that caters to a diverse audience.

Role: Event Assistant

Responsibilities: 

• Coordinated the project with internal stakeholders and agencies (Media, PR and Event Agency) by holding meetings, maintaining communication and on-site inspections.

• Assisted in the planning and executing of events, including venue setup, vendor coordination, and attendee engagement activities.

• Assisted in paperwork, and logistics and managed on-site operations.

• Delivered MC/Host scripts in Vietnamese and English.
